Simple Rules for Healthy Life

t least give 30 minutes per day for sports. If you don‘t have time, you can just walk
more. If you going to work by bus, go to your stop a little bit earlier or take longer route.
Choice stairs instead of elevator. The most important thing is to move as much as pos-
sible.
Eat rational. Eat more food that have fibre and whole grains,
and less – made with wheat flour or with sugar. Don‘t forget
vegetables and fruits! For making food use vegetable oil and
restrict animal origin fat using.
Eat three times per day.
Drink water as much as you
can. It will affect your skin.
Make food at a low temperature
and short time. It will help to
save vitamins.
Follow the set day mode. Try to wake up and to go to bed at
same time everyday. That’s the easiest advice for who that wants to look good, healthy and
rested
Be psychologically stable. Try to be less nervous, think positive.
Grind the body. The best way to do this is to have a contrast shower
- a change in warm and cold water. Not only is it healthy, but it helps
to wake up faster.
Of course, do not smoke; do not
abuse alcohol and other harmful hab-
its. These are the main health deter-
minants.
Spend more time in fresh air, away from cars and other air-
borne contaminants.
