This year we will see an increase in the number of private referrals into our homes, as we strive to see around half our placements sold to private individuals, with a continued commitment to the local authority demand in the regions we operate in. Innovation also comes in how we deliver care and support with a new operations team now in place to be adaptive and responsive to the requirements of commissioners and inspectors. We must be a learning organisation with the ability to be flexible, to adapt to the requirements and to deliver proven outcomes to the people we support. As such policies will continue to be reviewed and where possible simplified with commitment to understanding the challenges faced for staff working in our services.
