The Speedmaster CX 104 sheetfed offset press was the highlight of the stand at its debut in Latin America . Intelligent assistance systems like the Intellistart 3 and the new Intelliline offer quick job changes . The printer processes substrates including lightweight paper , rigid board and even plastic , reaching speeds of up to 16,500 sheets per hour . Designed to run on both conventional and UV-dry inks , the CX 104 is versatile , producing everything from packaging to commercial prints and labels .
Keeping pace with the CX 104 were the Promatrix 106 CS automatic cut and crease with Masterset and the Polar N 115 Plus guillotine . Reaching up to 8,000 sheets per hour , the Promatrix 106 CS is intended for finishing cartridges , cases , labels and displays . One of the differentials is the Masterset , an optical system for aligning sheets in the feeder , ensuring registration and stable production , even at high speeds , being suitable for packaging printers that seek to reduce costs and production time , eliminating manual operations . The equipment processes materials with weights between 90 g / m ² to 2,000 g / m ².
