Librairies
Both branches of the Librairy( Russell and Embrun) offer a variety of services: loan of documents( books, magazines, films, audio books, material for print-disabled persons), eBooks and eMagazines, free access to Ancestry, public computers and tablets, Internet acess, a program activities, makerspace( 3D printing and electronic cutting tool), photocopying and fax services and home delivery.
