manufacturing, seed production or selling activities and some are distributors of
products manufactured by the Company. The Company operates through six
segments: Agriculture, Electronics & Communications (E&C), Industrial Biosciences,
Nutrition & Health, Performance Materials and Protection Solutions. DuPont
operates worldwide with most of its sales coming from outside of the US. In late
2015 Dupont agreed to merge with Dow to create a group valued at $130 billion.
