involved in getting the development approval for Infinity Towers.
Q— What were the key
challenges to work through
in this project?
A— Height is often a big debate
in Canberra. Building height is
quite a challenging one to get
across the line, but the great thing
about working in a collaborative
fashion with government and the
community is that you can get the
right outcomes.
Q— How did you approach
these challenges?
A— We recognise that throughout
the development of any type
of project there are going to
be a diversity of views, so our
approach was to make sure all
our communication activities were
open, transparent and genuine.
Q— What was the outcome?
A— After 18 months of working
on stakeholder engagement, we
secured the development approval
for Infinity Towers - a project that
will add to the viability, vibrancy
and amenity of the town centre.
