These are some of the Swiss Style posters that I based my redesign on. Swiss Style, also known as Interna- tional Typographic Style is a graphic design style devel- oped in Switzer- land in the 1950s that emphasizes cleanliness, read- ability and objec- tivity. It’s characteristics are: the use of a mathematical grid as a structure; A San Serif typeface; And the alignment of the text. These traits can all be found on these inspiration pieces that I have shown.
