Originally hired at Market Square and is now at Bell in Saint John, Ronald was nominated in a pool of 10,000 people for the “LOVE THE SERVICE” award which he won along with 9 others at the Saint John Trade and Convention Center Hospitality awards recently. Ronald was recognized for his friendly and helpful customer service skills. This is Source Proud worthy as Ronald is proud to work as a security guard and to be part of an amazing team! Source Proud Winner! Ashwani from Transforce was our Grand Prize winner. Ashwani Kumar Walia has been in the security industry since 2002. Coming over to the Source Team in 2015. Ashwani is proud of his impeccable loss prevention skills, and hopes to continue flexing his loss prevention skills in the future. Congratulations! Outstanding Teamwork: Chairs for Autoport! Dan Pederson, on a visit to the Autoport reported that staff had mentioned that they have very poor dilapidated chairs at site, and that he was able to obtain two surplus and going-to-be-discarded office chairs from Bell Aliant North St. Nathaniel Keats from Bell found out, and offered his services delivering the chairs. Nathaniel delivered the chairs to autoport in his off hours. Nathaniel communicated to his sales rep at head office ”I decided to take the initiative, and deliver the acquired chairs to fellow team members out at the Autoport on my way home this evening.” SPRING 2016 6
