FACT SHEET
TEC Canada is a member-based leadership development organization of over 1200 chief executives, entrepreneurs and business owners across
Canada.
We have a 30-year track record of helping leaders stretch beyond individual capabilities to achieve personal and professional goals. Members increase
their potential through the power of confidential group meetings, one-to-one executive coaching, business thought leadership and a global network of
over 20,000 business leaders through our affiliation with Vistage Worldwide.
TEC Canada focuses on personal transformation, leadership excellence and enterprise success. Every member participates in a confidential group composed of
up to 16 diverse, trusted peers and chaired by an accomplished business leader.
To meet the distinct needs of leaders at all stages of their learning and growth, we take great care to match our members to the right peer group by considering
organizational size and stage of development. Groups meet regularly to interact with business experts and draw on the first-hand experience of their peers,
exchanging direct, honest feedback to hold one another accountable and advocate success. Members also meet with their Chair individually to explore personal
goals and accelerate action plans.
