Commercial Kitchen is a company that sets the stage and
the structure for each of our stars to shine as brightly as he or
she can. As you will read, opportunity abounds at Commercial
Kitchen. Exceed Expectations is just one of our Core Values.
By relentlessly and passionately pursuing continuous
improvement, we never stop changing. If there is something new
out there that will help make us better, faster, or more efficient,
we are looking at it. If there is something out there that helps us
get, keep, and grow employees and customers, we are checking
that out as well.
One of my greatest personal rewards is to facilitate and then
watch our people grow and develop to their full potential.
Sometimes it is about developing a new skill set. It could also be
something as simple as discovering that they can change their
whole life experience by simply looking at relationships in a
different way than they ever thought possible. I’m so very proud
of my team and each employee at Commercial Kitchen. They are
part of what makes work so much fun!
