Do you have a typical day?

No. If I did currently it would go somewhat like this.

Up at 4:15, hour and a half commute to work, ten plus hours making DNA based pharmaceuticals for contract customers, hour and a half commute home, struggle to get motivated to run-walk for an hour, cook when my turn, prepare my lunch for the next day then read into a

coma.

Repeat.

I used to work night shift which gave me time to write in the mornings, work out and never see my family.

Coming up on a shift change soon so I will have two week days off which I intend to use for writing and working out.
