Who is your favourite author and why?
Dickens – I love the warmth and flamboyance of his writing and the way he champions the working class. His social conscience and sense of injustice at places like debtors’ prisons and the workhouse.
Huxley – I understand most people may find his writing strange, but I like his visionary nature in Brave New World and The Island.
