"The Knight of the Dixie Wilds is a book co-authored with Walter E. Taylor. He is the main author and I just tweaked a little here and there. There is a unique story here because it is set in the years after the Civil War called, The Reconstruction Years. This book is based on true events as recorded by my great-great uncle. It is a book that tells the tale that you won’t find in high school history books and will lead you to a greater understanding of that era – even if you don’t agree with the happenings."
On Top of the Rainbow
"On Top of the Rainbow is dedicated to my boyfriend, Charles Bridgeforth, and his grandson, Gabriel Brogdon. As I saw them playing in the yard one day and witnessing the sweet bond of Papa and Grandson, I knew I had to write something special for them."
