RAS FAWZI RASTA REVOLUTION R AS FAWZI born in the Holy Hills of Mount Zion; Ashanti Region of Ghana, Kumasi; to a Mauritanian Father and a Ghanaian Mother. I did not have much of Babylon brain wash education. Due to my early Ras Tafari call, my Islamic parents ceased from financing all provisions to continue after my Junior Secondary School. At this point, survival became the only way forward in the direction of life chosen by myself. This freedom of learning to know myself was so essential as it gave me room to really reflect and connect to my Creator Ras Tafari. It was during this time 1993, my singer, songwriter lifestyle started, inspired by uninterrupted influx of Divine Instructions and Teachings for all humanity in avisionary conception of seeing all nations living together in oneness, respect, love, acceptance and genuine tolerance as to ones beliefs, race or creed etc and the message concerning the coming back to Zion being a must for all Black men and women to rediscover their roots and where they truly belong. Knowing that coming back, armed with their respective knowledge, they can help Africa get back in line with the rest of the world in terms of growth and togetherness. It is Time for the Restoration of that Most Great and Powerful Ancient African Civilization long before slavery. Repatriation is a must. where i would see one day, all these less privileged masses of youths, institutionalized through well planned intellectual programs and projects designed to help increase progress in our nation’s economy, making use of human raw material and growth in all sectors. For my part I foresee an agricultural and real estate development as the way forward now. There are endless professions in which these youths can be instructed, guided and trained through professional, well designed programs and projects for mutual benefits. In a nut shell, my mission’s vision is: • To see a world where we all live together in oneness irrespective of one’s beliefs, race or culture; • To see the “Repatriation to Zion” materialize as it was Marcus Garvey’s dream for Africans Liberation in our time and forever. • Finally, to work with those ready to help Africa and other parts of the world, undergoing serious and massive economic and human raw material utilization development problems to increase universal brotherhood and genuine love amongst Deep within, I have a great dream for humanity. My source of deep satisfaction lies with performing task that will benefit others; such as mentioned in my song: African Youth man. Some misguided and corrupted leaders, make injustice and bribery an acceptable norm; and the less fortunate youth upon African streets suffers, economically and emotionally. Worse of all is the lack of opportunity for them to attend to their spiritual elevation due to everyday struggle on the streets, market places etc to earn a living. I believe every soul needs to develop and reconnect to the Creator here on earth before leaving to the Spiritual World and Heaven. The liberation of these people is my biggest dream 60 Independent Artist Magazine www.indieartmag.com
