PrECiOSA aka PrECiOuS grew up a few blocks from Fordham Rd., on 196 n Marion Ave, later moving to the Castle Hill / Throggs Neck areas of the Bronx. Open-minded, down to earth, and rhythmically prone, one of the few things she holds dear to her heart is her love for the arts. As a teenager, PrE- CiOSA opened her eyes to a new world of self-expression, poetry, and thus her journey began.

Since graduating from college in January‘ 06, PrECiOSA has made the decision not to let her talent go to waste, and therefore has become more committed to writing that“ FEEL GOOD / FOOD FOR THOUGHT” music. Known to get and keep a crowd“ HYPE”, PrECiOSA has performed in numerous venues throughout the New York Metropolitan area as well as a few in the Garden State, New Jersey. While still holding a few different part-time jobs, to maintain her independence, PrECiOSA has begun working on her debut album appropriately titled“ PrECiOuS Time”. With her song count ever increasing, her journey to the top has already begun,“ so stay tuned! It’ s time to put the X back on the map!”
