Our glistening pool is being completely
redone to offer our guests an enhanced
luxury experience. The pool deck will be
refinished in new brick, to complement
the character of The Del. Twelve new
luxe cabanas, fresh chaises, comfortable
lounge furniture and a series of fan palms
will color the poolside scene. Stadium-
style seating will connect the pool area
directly to the Sun Deck where guests can

enjoy a 360-degree bar and full kitchen
for an elevated dining experience. During
the construction of the pool, guests will
find a range of experiences and services
on The Del’s private beach. Including On
the Rocks, a gourmet food truck serving
poke bowls, loaded fries, salads and
sandwiches, along with craft cocktails
and draft beers to be enjoyed on the new
oceanfront deck.

The 97 guestrooms in this building, which
wraps around the resort’s main pool
and fronts the wide sandy beach, are
undergoing an exciting renovation and
upgrade. Changes include an interior
redesign to create a breezy beach
cottage feel in a palette of blues with
pops of tangerine, along with the addition
of private sun decks with outdoor fire pits,
chaises and cabanas for either ocean
views or poolside lounging and relaxing.
The Cabana’s Tropics Ballroom and seven
breakout rooms will also be upgraded and
refreshed, creating a more ambient and
productive workspace.
