during this soothing Hatha flow class that
features rejuvenating postures and deep

2 SWEAT & RESTORE BEACH YOGA:
This hybrid class combines 30-minutes
of high energy, all-level vinyasa yoga with
20-minutes of relaxing and restorative
poses to release tension and elongate
muscles. It finishes with a totally blissful
Savasana. 5 BEACH YOGA NIDRA: This class
begins with gentle meditative movement
to prepare you for Nidra, a unique guided
meditation done in supported corpse
pose that helps to quiet the overactive
mind and unwind the nervous system.
Once settled into the sand, you’ll slip
into a deep state of relaxation during this
extremely healing practice.
3 BEACH YOGA FLOW: Experience the
healing benefits of yoga in the clutch of
Mother Nature. During this flow-style class,
we will focus on the breath, stretching
and strengthening, while experiencing
postures on the sand in the relaxing and
energizing setting of the beach. 6 YOGA ON THE BEACH: Yoga in the
fresh ocean air revitalizes the body
physically, mentally and spiritually. A
series of postures and breath work helps
increase muscle tone, improve flexibility
and concentration, detoxifies vital organs
and induces a state of deep relaxation.
4 YIN YOGA CHILL: This slow-paced
style of yoga targets the body’s
connective tissues. Passive poses are 7 BEACH MEDITATION + YIN YOGA:
Quiet your mind during this mindful
practice that reduces stress and teaches
you to be in the present moment. The
class incorporates Yin Yoga, a slow-paced
style of yoga, where postures are held
for longer periods of time, and focuses
on breathing and finding inner calm to
promote relaxation and spiritual growth.
8 FAMILY BEACH YOGA: All ages and
levels, from grandparents to infants and
everyone in between, come together to
experience this joy-filled playful practice.
It’s a fun engaging class that incorporates
traditional yoga poses, breathing
exercises and relaxation techniques in
Mother Nature’s “yoga studio” on the
beach.
