Minimum requirements to register a Private Limited Company
Below are the essential minimum requirements:
 A Pvt. Ltd. company must have a minimum of 2
directors and a maximum of 15 directors
 One of the directors has to be an Indian citizen and
resident.
 Two people are required to act as shareholders of the
company.
 The shareholders can be natural persons or artificial
legal entity.
