7.Mix the some part of the sauce with prawns till they are coated. And keep some sauce aside to assemble the dish.

To assemble:

1.In a cocktail cup, place the following in the given sequence. Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and the mixture of prawns and cocktail sauce.

2.Mix the remaining sauce with a bit of fresh cream to adjust the consistency. And pour the sauce on the top layer i.e. the prawns and cocktail sauce mixture to get a smooth surface.

3.Place a thinly sliced boiled egg with a slice of stuffed olive over the egg, a wedge or ring of lime on the rim of glass and a whole cooked prawn with the head facing outside.
