Procedure :

1. Cut the cheese cubes in a circle. Remember, the size of these circles should be smaller than your burger bun.

2. Mix cornflour, flour, mixed herbs, pepper, water well to form a thick paste.

3. Dip the circular cheese cubes in cornflour and flour slurry and coat in the crushed nachos (rolling the cheese cubes in nachos helps them to turn out nice and crunchy). Repeat this step twice.

4. Deep fry the cheese cubes in very hot oil around 20-25 seconds on both sides.

5. Cut the burger bun in half and roast them on a hot pan. This step helps to remove the excess crumbs and gives a fine texture to the bun.
