The arrangements were made on the first floor which had a vintage vibe with the retro décor. Everyone was welcomed with Kokum slush to quench their throats off of the Mumbai heat.
A singer and a guitarist were already present to give them all a beautiful lunch experience. Some of them even joined in to sing along! What a fun afternoon that made them time travel to the 80's. While they were singing their hearts out, the tables were being laded up with delectable dishes.
The manager, Mr. Vikas Vichare, introduced them to the first platter consisting of Black Pepper Paneer, Vada Pav sider and the Crispy Sabudana Croquette.
The second platter contained authentic Mangalorean curry and steaming basmati rice served in tiffin containers along with Aachar- an Indian pickle and Papad- which is thin, fried flour.
On leaving Bombay Vintage the weather out turned quite cloudy and breezy making everyone head for a walk along the Marine Drive!
