GOOD FOOD TOURISM
So start where you are, use what you have and do what you can.
Mumbaikars love to eat and this is evidently seen in the expanding food trends in and around the city with local foods gaining popularity, to the authentic Indian foods getting a westernised twist. Be it American fast foods, European breakfasts, Italian, Mexican or Japanese cuisines- all have found a home in Mumbai.
The city has become a hub for fusion foods. The Hotel and Tourism sectors are reaching newer heights and Good Food Tourism is a blend of these sectors.
A start-up by two young entrepreneurs Siddharth Majgaonkar (18) and Bhaven Kakade (20), make sure they take a delectable advantage of this growth. Having an Engineering background, they shared a passion and weakness for food and wanted to design something novel for the fellow foodies. Getting inspired from people who followed their passion and made it to the top; tycoons like Mukesh Ambani, Laxmidas Mittal and other ‘rags to riches’ personalities, these young boys have set out to carve their niche.
