Pre-preps:

1. Marinate chicken.(Overnight, if possible or else 2-3 hours).

2. Chop coriander.

To marinate:

1. Cut chicken into cubes.

2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

3. Whisk properly. No lumps should be there.

4. The marinade must be thick enough to coat the chicken pieces.

Method:

1. Keep oil for frying.

2. Coat the chicken in cornflour.

3. Fry at medium heat for the inside of the chicken to cook.

4. Mix chaat masala, salt, aamchur powder and roasted Cumin powder and sprinkle on the popcorns after they are fried and taken out on the tissue paper.

5. Serve with Tandoori Mayonnaise.
