PRESSED FOR TIME OR TRAINING ON THE GO? THIS SIMPLE BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT TAKES AROUND 25 MINUTES AND IS DESIGNED FOR EFFICIENCY, WHETHER YOU ARE IN A HOTEL OR AT HOME. NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.
Begin with a four-minute warm-up, such as a light walk or a few minutes on the treadmill, to get the body ready. Then move onto a 15-minute circuit, working for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest, for three rounds. Keep your pace steady and controlled. Finish with a 10-minute core block, using the same work-rest ratio and focusing on stability and breathing throughout.
CIRCUIT( 15 MINUTES)
Complete three rounds of the following exercises. Work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
• Squat to Reach
• Push-ups
• Alternating Reverse Lunges
• Shoulder Taps
• Glute Bridges
CORE FINISHER( 10 MINUTES)
Work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.
• Elbow Plank Hold
• Bear Hover Hold
• Dead Bugs
• Slow Ab Bicycles
• Ab Kickouts
