2. TRY A WALL ROLL‐DOWN STRETCH Stand against a wall and roll your spine down, vertebra by vertebra, until you hang forward. Let blood flow into your head for two to three seconds, then roll back up slowly, imagining you’ re imprinting your spine against the wall. This decompresses the back, stretches the legs, and improves circulation. Repeat three times, twice a day.
3. BREATHE WITH INTENTION Inhale slowly through your nose for four to five counts, hold for three to four counts, exhale through your mouth for six to seven counts, then pause for three to four counts. Repeat for 10 full breaths.“ It’ s a game-changer,” says Colette.
