The Beach Circuit

GRAB SOME WEIGHTS FOR A DO-ANYWHERE 30-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT.

Start with an easy 10-minute walk( on the treadmill, around your neighborhood or on the beach) to get the blood flowing and then move onto this simple 15-minute circuit with a set of medium weights. Complete 10-12 reps of each exercise, then rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat two more rounds with a rest in between. You should aim for three rounds in total.

EXERCISES:
• Front Loaded Squat
• Overhead Lunge Left
• Overhead Lunge Right
• Shoulder Press
• Push Ups
Tip: If you don’ t have weights available where you are, grab something heavy – filled water bottles work well.
