THIS IS A LOW-IMPACT, HIGH-SWEAT SESSION. TRY THIS 30-MINUTE DUMBBELL WORKOUT AT HOME OR AT THE GYM AND FEEL THE BURN.

Complete each circuit in sequence, then repeat both once more. Move quickly from one exercise to the next and keep the intensity high throughout. Rest for one to two minutes between circuits, then get straight back into it.

CIRCUIT 1:
• 10 Arnold Press
• 8 Per Side Renegade Rows
• 20 Weighted Glute Bridges
• 10 Per Side Weighted Reverse Lunges
CIRCUIT 2:
• 10 Goblet Squats
• 10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
• 8 Per Side Plank Pull Throughs
• 10 Lateral Raises
