MAGNESIUM IS HAVING A MOMENT BY MILOU STAUB

From better sleep to everyday wellbeing, one essential mineral is finding its way into modern wellness routines.

Move over complicated bedtime rituals. One of wellness’ s biggest talking points is something the body has relied on all along: magnesium.

The essential mineral has become increasingly visible in the wellness space, appearing in supplements, powders, and nighttime routines, while magnesiumrich foods are gaining renewed attention. Much of the buzz centres on sleep, but magnesium’ s role in the body extends considerably further.
