DUMBBELL EXPRESS STRENGTH

This workout uses dumbbells for extra resistance but is designed for people who want to fit in a workout when short on time. 20 minutes > better than nothing.

For the busy individual who struggles to find time for a workout, 20 minutes is the ideal duration to get you moving and kickstart your journey.

SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS, THIS WORKOUT REQUIRES ONLY A SET OF DUMBBELLS AND A WATCH OR TIMER, AND LASTS NO LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES.
WARM UP:
• 20 reps Squat to Twist
• 20 reps Hamstring Sweeps
• 20 reps Hip Joggers
REST FOR 1 MIN
CIRCUIT
40 seconds on / 20 seconds off
• Use a watch or timer, work for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds.
• You have five movements and will repeat them for three rounds.
