LUXURY LIVING
adds a mineral weight, with its colour and texture serving as a visual anchor that unites the various materials.
INTEGRATING THE ARTISAN
To illustrate the principle of“ architecture as mother art,” we teamed up with South African artisans to craft customised elements essential to the design.
The Cutting Edge designed stained-glass windows that cast coloured light patterns. The Glass Forming Academy produced unique glass light fittings.
We commissioned bespoke breeze-blocks from Wolkberg Casting Studios, with metalwork by Down To The Wire, who incorporate reclaimed poachers’ snares into their pieces.
Much of the built-in cabinetry was crafted in collaboration with Manna Design Studio, resulting in furniture that is both functional and sculptural.
These collaborations are not merely decorative; they form essential layers of craftsmanship that give the house its distinctive character.
RESOLUTION
