EXPERIENCE KITS Return for Another Summer of Exploration
A Record Year for the Friends Used Book & Boutique Sale
The Jefferson Hills Public Library would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year’ s Friends of the Library Used Book & Boutique Sale such a success. From those who donated books and boutique items, to the volunteers who spent countless hours organizing and preparing, to every shopper who stopped by during the event, the support from the community was truly incredible.
A special thank you to the Friends of the Library, whose dedication and hard work throughout the year make events like this possible. From sorting donations and setting up displays to managing the sale itself, the Friends devote an enormous amount of time and effort to supporting the library and its mission.
Thanks to the generosity of the community, this year’ s sale raised over $ 15,000 to benefit future library programs, services, collections, and community opportunities, making it the most successful Friends Used Book & Boutique Sale in library history. The success of the sale helps ensure that the library can continue providing engaging programming, updated materials, and valuable resources for patrons of all ages.
The library is grateful for the continued support shown by the community and looks forward to another successful sale next year!

This year’ s participating locations include the Senator John Heinz History Center, Beaver Area Heritage Museum, Bradford House & Whiskey Rebellion Education Center, Gibson House Manor, Historic Fort Steuben, Lincoln Highway Experience, and McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center.
