Construction Update
W
ork has begun on the expansion
project at Gill Hall Elementary
School. The construction of a 10
room addition will provide the
District the much-needed space to accommodate
the increasing student enrollment occurring in
the school district. The project will also feature a
renovated cafeteria, new furniture, building-wide
air conditioning and an expanded playground. A
car rider area will separate bus and car traffic and
enhance student and staff safety during arrival
and dismissal.
Construction planners anticipate a mid-
September completion date as of this writing.
However, the beginning of the year will require
flexibility depending on the building progress
made over the summer. Be sure to read important
