Pennsylvania recently enacted the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (“ RUFADAA ”), which provides updated legal
guidance and a uniform framework for delegating access to Digital Assets . Pennsylvania has also updated its Power of Attorney laws in order to remain consistent with RUFADAA .
