On Tuesday, July 28th we celebrated Pleasant Hills Borough’ s 32nd National Night Out. We are thankful to all the police departments, fire departments, Baldwin EMS, Pleasant Hills Public Works Department, and our wonderful residents that help make this day special as we recognize our first responders. Thank you again for all your support and for coming together as a community.

We had another fantastic summer with our campers, ages 5 – 13! This year was especially exciting as we welcomed our K – 2 campers back to the reopened Pleasant Kingdom Playground following the completion of the new Borough Building.
One of our biggest highlights was a visit from the Pittsburgh Zoo, where campers had the chance to meet a variety of amazing animals and learn all about wildlife. We also enjoyed our annual field trips to the movies, where we watched the new Minions movie, and bowled at Princess Lanes.
Each day was filled with crafts, sports, games, and plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone active and engaged. We were also happy to welcome back the Pleasant Hills Library for story time and Pleasant Hills EMS, who brought their emergency vehicles and

gave campers an up-close look at the equipment they use to serve our community.
We wrapped up the summer with our annual Water Day and pizza party, celebrating another season full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories at Pleasant Hills Summer Recreation.
