Honoring the Past and Embracing the Future
A
s we prepared to open Thomas Jefferson High
School 2.0, we felt that by establishing a Thomas
Jefferson High School Hall of Fame that aligns with
the new building’s architecture (Academics, Arts,
and Athletics) and recognizes the many contributions and
achievements of our alumni and past staff, we could build a
bridge between the storied and successful history of our high
school and the new building.
Here, we honor individuals who have distinguished
themselves in one of three areas: Academics, the Arts, or
Athletics. Recipients may include former students, teachers,
and community members, all of whom have made unique

and lasting contributions to Thomas Jefferson High School.
Please join us in celebrating past achievements and consider
nominating a worthy individual. Nominations for the 2019
Thomas Jefferson Halls of Fame must be received by September
21st to be considered. Nominations can come from any
current or former student, teacher, staff member, volunteer,
or community member. The 2019 Halls of Fame Induction
Ceremony will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, before the final
home football game against West Mifflin. Please visit the district
