Throughout history the peninsula has had significant impact on shaping Erie’ s culture. Join the park naturalists at the TREC to discover Presque Isle’ s history. Nov. 6— Learn about the“ Military on Presque Isle,” the story of the peninsula’ s role and the establishment of a military presence in Erie. Night Hike at Erie Bluffs State Park Nov. 9, 6 to 7:30 p. m. Join the park naturalists at Erie Bluffs State Park, 11122 West Lake Road, Lake City, in the main parking lot for a night hike. We’ ll look for wildlife and talk about improvements made to the park while exploring the trails. Open to all ages. No fee or registration. Dress appropriately with sturdy footwear.
