story that follows a herd of Pachyrhinosaurus
youngsters as they struggle through the
seasons and challenges of growing up in a
prehistoric world.

LACE UP FOR THE COLOR
RUN
The Color Run will return to Downtown
Erie for the fourth year on Saturday, August
12. The popular run, which sees thousands
of participants in Perry Square each year, will
stop in Erie during its 2017 tour, The Color
Run Dream Tour, Presented by Lay’s.
The race will begin at Perry Square in
Downtown Erie and follow the same route as
the 2016 event. The Color Run is the single
largest event series in the world, having hosted
more than 300 events in 35 countries. The
Color Run Dream Tour, Presented by Lay’s®
will bring runners a fresh experience in 2017
with a brand-new Foam Zone, which will lead
runners through dreamy colored foam, as
well as new colors in the classic powder Color
Zones.
The YMCA of Greater Erie will serve as
the charity partner of The Color Run in Erie,
with a portion of the event’s proceeds directed
towards the Wellness for Veterans program at
the Downtown Y. More than 5000 veterans
in Erie County are currently treated for post-
traumatic stress disorder. To learn more,
