Chef Spotlight: Lee Corbett
Executive Chef Lee Corbett is well-versed in Jacksons signature cuisine
and culture. Rejoining the Jacksons family in 2019 at Jacksons
Southpointe, Corbett is not only a master of our core menu items—Kataifi
crusted crab cakes, our famous shrimp and chorizo chowder,
calamari, and hearth oven flatbreads—but, has elevated the menu to
reflect his diverse culinary background.
Corbett’s philosophy embraces variety and innovation while remaining true
to tradition, and quality above all. Not limiting himself to one cuisine, Corbett
is dedicated to exploring the best various cultures and traditions have to
offer. He is proud to partner with local vendors, including Jubilee Hilltop
Ranch, to utilize seasonal and locally available high-quality ingredients with
the imagination and skill of a dedicated chef.
At Jacksons, we know that our seasonal ingredients and wood-fired grill
aren’t the only thing that make a meal worth sharing. It’s the friends, family
