We celebrate and help foster the success of local business owners as an Ambassador through our participation in the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, welcome new teachers assigned to Re-District, and participate in local activities and events.” Several clinical staff members on the Windsor Team, numerous dedicated volunteers and a few members of the Board of Directors reside in Windsor and are actively involved in the community as well. The Windsor Office provides a local resource and is available for those wishing to inquire about the hospice benefit provided by Medicare, Pathways Hospice was honored to be selected as the recipient of a $20,000 Daniels Fund grant to support its mission of providing compassionate, excellent, comprehensive care for those who have an advanced medical condition and those who are grieving. “The grant will help enable our agency to continue to provide quality hospice care to residents of Larimer and western Weld counties, regardless of their financial circumstance,” said Evan Hyatt, CEO of Pathways Hospice. Bill Daniels, a pioneer in cable television known for his kindness and generosity to those in need, established the Daniels Fund to provide grants and scholarships in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
