This month, Public Works’
crews from our asphalt,
cement and sheet metal
shops worked on a project
to make the trip to and
from the top of Twin
Peaks safer by installing
new guardrail along a
stretch of the roadway.
They dug post holes
six feet deep into the
rocky hillside and bent
galvanized steel railing to
match the curves.
