Supporting the Causes…

tudents in the intermediate
and middle school Lion Hearts
Clubs were very busy this
winter supporting causes such as the
American Heart Association, March of
Dimes, and Colon Cancer Awareness.
The district participated in a Red Out
on Valentine’s Day and staff jeans
day to collect donations for the AHA.
Students in the middle school built
their heart health by participating
in a dodge ball and Minute to Win It
challenge. The intermediate school
hosted a pajama day as well as a
pajama party in the gymnasium
where students were invited to come
watch a movie on the big screen and
participate in dances like the Cupid
