Jide Famuagun had already lived in South Fayette for 10 years when his company, Alpha Residential, broke ground on Apex Newbury in July 2023, on the hillside above Presto-Sygan. While certainly proud of the award, Famuagun measures the result in renewals.“ The real signal for me is when a resident renews their lease not because moving is a hassle, but because they genuinely don’ t want to leave,” he says.“ That’ s what we’ re building toward at Apex Newbury.”
