Children as young as 2 years old can start gymnastics classes in the stateof-the-art gym . Parkour is the art of navigating through your environment and
overcoming obstacles using only your body . This sport increases strength and teaches body control , training young athletes how to properly run , jump , vault , and climb through their environment . The “ Off the Wall ” Parkour Gym at Gymsport is a great way for athletes ages 6 and older to learn this versatile discipline by example and from experienced coaches .
If you ’ re considering enrolling your child in a class , registration for the 2022-2023 session begins August 1 . Keep in mind that while you may enroll at any time , the classes do fill up quickly ! The gym is open seven days a week , with classes in the evening and on weekends , and preschool daytime classes during the week and on Saturdays .
