HOLIDAY COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Trask pick up will be delayed by one day only if your pickup day falls on or after the holiday . If the holiday falls on the weekend , there is no delay .

During Leaf Collection there is no need to schedule as the entire community will be serviced for leaf and yard waste collection on the dates below :
Leaf-Yard Waste Pick Up October – December Dates :
• Saturday , November 6
• Saturday , November 13
• Saturday , November 20
• Saturday , December 4
No pickup on Saturday , November 27 ( Thanksgiving Holiday weekend )
• Yard waste includes leaves , garden residue , shrubbery with no dirt attached , limbs , twigs , brush and tree trimmings and similar items , but does not include grass clippings and mulch .
YARD WASTE PICK UP
• Yard waste must be placed in a bio-degradable paper bag . Tree trimmings not to exceed 3-inches in diameter . Brush , limbs , twigs and shrubbery must be bundled in lengths not to exceed 4 feet in length and 1-foot total diameter .
Christmas Trees Christmas tree removal is scheduled from January 2 through January 30 . Place your tree at the curb during your scheduled pick-up day .

MESSAGE FROM TOWNSHIP MANAGER REGARDING COUNTY HAULING The Board of Commissioners met with a Representative of County Hauling at the Board meeting on
Tuesday , September 28th to address service issues and to provide an update on the municipal waste services . The County Hauling contract will be extended for the 4th year of a five-year agreement .
Shaler Township ' s " Lite " Up Night is on Saturday , November 20th at the Shaler North Hills Library .
