As kids we learned our different body parts and how they all work ; as teens we focused on ways to be fit and strong with nutrient-rich foods and exercise . As adults , we tend to lose track of what we learned as our daily tasks , jobs and routines interfere with remembering how to properly care for ourselves . Our bodies are all different from head to toe , and staying healthy and feeling your best is important at any age . And healthy bodies make us happy — and happiness is good for your health .
