Northwood’s Dave Bryant
Always There for You
W
ith more than 21 years in the real estate business, North-
wood Realty’s Dave Bryant has been around long enough
to know that what homebuyers and sellers are looking for
from a Realtor isn’t a glitzy website and flashy presentations, it’s hon-
esty and hard work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
And, as a retired Navy veteran who was a Readiness and Personnel
Analyst and a Master Training Specialist while in service to his coun-
try, Bryant mastered the skills required to help him guide people
looking to buy and sell homes every day.
“People want someone who’s going to work hard for them no mat-
ter when they call, and help them understand the complexities of the
real estate market,” he says. “What I learned in the Navy helped me
teach others about situations that I had analyzed, which was a natural
fit for real estate. It’s true that today’s consumers are more educated
than ever before, but there’s still so much in real estate that needs the
guidance of a Realtor in order for them to become successful home-
buyers or sellers.”
In that regard, Bryant loves working with first-time homebuyers to
help ensure that they have a positive experience, and his nearly 80
percent referral rate is a testament to his success in helping clients
make their move the rewarding and celebratory event that it should
be.
A native of Millvale and Shaler Area graduate, Bryant has dominat-
ed the Millvale market—selling more homes in the 15209 zip code
than any other real estate agent since 2006, although he serves the
entire metropolitan Pittsburgh market. (Source: West Penn Multi-List

Part of the reason he’s had such success in Millvale is that the com-
munity is head and shoulders above what it was when he was a child.
“It’s very affordable and it’s been on the rebound for years, getting
better and better as a community,” he explains. “Lawrenceville prices
people out of the market, so they look across the river and see a good
community, a great school district and a really good house at bargain
prices.”
Dave was thorough and made sure everything was taken care of.
Even when I didn't know what questions to ask, he was making
sure everything was safe and reliable. He was prompt with
communication and the communication throughout the buying
process was smooth and coordinated.

Bryant has a team comprised of a licensed real estate agent per-
sonal assistant and two buyer agents working alongside him who can
handle any real estate transaction, no matter how complicated.
He has been elected by other Realtors in the region to sit on the
Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pitts-
burgh for a 3-year term. And, when he’s not serving clients, he’s an
avid supporter of the Northwood Charitable Foundation, which helps
raise financial support for local housing-related charities like the Fish-
er House.
“Helping people is what I do,” Bryant says. “I always tell my clients,
‘I’ll always be there for you when you need me most,’ and I live by
that.”
