PARTY DECK RULES AND REGULATIONS
Your shelter will be identified on your permit . Please verify that you are at the correct shelter before setting up for your party . If it is discovered that you are at the incorrect shelter you will be required to move to the correct shelter .
You will be permitted to use the driveway access to unload your vehicle . After unloading , you will be required to move your vehicle to the parking lot .
There is no alcohol or glass bottles permitted at the Party Deck .
No pinatas , or hanging items from any rafters , no tape , push pins , staples or string can be used at the pavilion . Items can be hung from the fence ONLY using string only .
No glitter or silly string is to be used at the Party Deck . Balloons are restricted to table weights .
Speakers / music is acceptable at a sound level approved by pool management and music content must be family friendly .
Shelter Rental Fee : There is a $ 50 fee required to reserve the party deck for residents and an $ 85 fee required for non-residents . This shelter rental fee will be in addition to all charges for the party deck .

Cancellation Policy : If a rental is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your reservation date , your reservation fee of $ 50 or $ 85 will be refunded . If you cancel inside of the 30-day time frame , your booking fee will be forfeited to the Township of Shaler .
If the pool closes due to inclement weather , your party will be rescheduled for a future date that is mutually agreed upon by Shaler Township and the renter . If your party is cancelled due to the pool closing from inclement weather , your booking fee and any other charges paid for the reservation will be refunded . Keep in mind that this could be a last-minute decision – if you do not wish to reschedule and continue with your reservation and the pool closes , you will not receive any refund of monies paid for your reservation .
Failure to abide by any of the above rules will forfeit any future pavilion rentals .
