We have had two major events in the past couple of years requiring services of
a company like FireDex. In 2013, we had a 100 foot oak fall on our home during a
storm causing extensive damage. The tree caused major damage to the roof requiring
immediate remediation to minimize water damage from the down pouring rain. The
three large holes in the roof were covered promptly – this included removal of the
branches that were in my attic. All FireDex personnel treated us with utmost respect and
did everything possible to make sure that repairs were done as prompt as possible and
above and beyond our expectations.
We had another misfortune of having 6 trees fall on our house in 2015; almost two
years to the day of the 2013 incident. The first call I made was to FireDex. There was
