Dr. Crafton helps
women detect
cancer early
Sarah Crafton, MD, gynecologic oncologist, treats both benign
and malignant tumors in women’s reproductive systems. She is
certifi ed in robotic-assisted surgery for complex pelvic surgery.
“I want to be there for my patients through all stages of cancer
care, before and after surgery, for their chemotherapy and
other support services,” said Dr. Crafton.
“It is important that women talk to their doctors about the
symptoms related to ovarian cancer, because we don’t have
reliable screenings for it,” she added. Dr. Crafton sees patients
at West Penn and Forbes hospitals and in Murrysville.
