Dear Shaler Area Families ,
The academic year is off to a tremendous start . Over the past five weeks , our students have been learning as they showcase their talents , creativity , and dedication , while our teachers and staff have been tirelessly working to foster an environment of growth and achievement . It has been inspiring to see the strong sense of community that unites us all .
A new school year is a time of connection . Students reconnect with one another and with teachers . In the classroom , concepts come alive in new ways . As I ’ ve stepped into the role of Superintendent , it ’ s been an honor to spend time listening to you , members of our community , and learning your priorities and goals for our schools . These connections allow us to engage with one another , giving us insight to empower our educators and our students with the resources they need to excel and reach new heights .
